性價比很低的一家住宿 距離市中心1小時15分鐘的車程, 沒有按人數收費的穿梭巴士提供, 只有昂貴的包車服務提供, 送機的車還得由他們決定時間, 酒店希望客人早點退房, 所以把送機時間都推得很早 服務方面: 態度有禮的都是實習生, 問什麼都是不懂回答, 都是沒有答案的. 資深的員工都是比較凶, 沒有很禮貎 一天遊: 因酒店客人不多, 拼團的選擇都只有一個, 而且費用都比市區的貴很多, 如果想參加自己喜愛的團, 都得包團, 十.分.昂.貴. 食物: 餐廳收費是五星的收費, 但食物是二星的質素 房間: 很寬敞, 隔音不太好 唯一一處是值得有好評的是該酒店太偏, 環境都算是幽靜, 晚上有氣氛

The resort is located just along the highway which is very convenient. We were tired driving so we decided to stop by for the night. We watched the beautiful sunset by the beach, which is awesome.  The dinner buffet, and the breakfast buffet were both really good. Kudos to the chefs.. There’s a fire dance show during the dinner buffet, it’s pretty good too. Kudos to the OJTs- Jeremy Joe at The Reserve and one who did the quick orientation after we checked in. Good luck to you both! Staffs are helpful and welcoming. We just had a relaxing stay. Thank you.

Me and my husband had fun during our stay. All the amenities are free and the breakfast buffet are so delicious. The room is very clean. One thing that I like about the resort is the drying area. The dinner buffet is worth it.

Hôtel très sympa très bon rapport qualité prix, personnel très accueillant, serviable et réactif. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu l'environnement et top la plage malgré la marais basse en matinée reste superbe, les 3 piscines sont propres et superbe, le restaurant est un peu cher avec des prix européens. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de touristes dans l'hôtel du fait je pense de son emplacement un peu éloigné ce qui est positive les piscines sont peu fréquentes et la plage aussi ce qui est top !. C'est un excellent hôtel très calme pour y séjourner 3/4 jours. L'hôtel propose des excursions en groupe ou en privé (el nido/ port barton/ honda bay/ puerto princesa/ underground river etc..), un peu cher si tour privé mais en groupe cela reste intéressant et très bien organisé par l'hôtel. Je recommande 👍🏼

Потратили 2 дня на этот отель, как оказалось зря. Номер был самый простой с видом на сад, в нем не оказалось места для сушки одежды после купания. Вообще ничего. Как это возможно у отеля на море? В номере было плохо убрано и везде пыль и волосы. Подушки не самые комфортные. Их много, но все толстые и выталкивают голову. Неужели не положить разные по размеру подушки? Из плюсов рядом море, но пляж не самый удачный и красивый. Неплохой шведский стол на ужин. Есть аквапарк, но очень древний. Только если вы вообще нигде раньше не были, то вам понравится. В общем я бы не тратил больше 1-2 дней на этот отель.

Friendly and courteous staff. One thing that I always look forward is their breakfast buffet, food is great and the place is full of scenery. The kids enjoyed the waterpark.
