Despite the numerous bags we had in tow, every member of the staff, from the guard to the receptionist, eagerly assisted us, making us feel truly valued as guests. A special mention must be made for Henry at the Front Desk, whose hospitality and professionalism stood out during our stay. From arranging our airport transfer to facilitating our check-in and check-out, Henry's dedication to ensuring our needs were met was evident at every turn, making him a true asset to the hotel. Entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised by its cozy charm. While it may not boast the sleek modernity of newer establishments, the room offered everything we needed and more. The comfortable furnishings, coupled with thoughtful amenities, provided a relaxing haven after a day of travel. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary buffet breakfast offered at Citystate Asturias Hotel. With a wide array of options to choose from, ranging from local delicacies to international favorites, the breakfast spread exceeded our expectations in both variety and taste. Nice room and relaxing place.

While the service at City State Asturias Hotel was commendable, with attentive assistance from the moment of arrival to reaching our room, there were some areas that fell short. The buffet offered limited choices, which was disappointing. Additionally, our room's toilet bathtub was faulty, and despite requesting service, it was not fixed during our stay. Nevertheless, these issues did not significantly impact our overall experience, and we still found our stay to be satisfactory.

We had a great stay here. Staff were lovely and the pool was nice. It’s a bit old but it’s excellent for the price. It’s on a main road so it’s not that nice to walk around and explore but you can easily get the bus to the water. The AC is super loud so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I’d stay here again.

The breakfast is great and the dinner buffet good value at 400 pesos. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much hassle for them. Definitely the place to stay in Puerto Princessa.

Zeer prettig hotel en gunstig gelegen. Goed ontbijt ruime kamers en personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gratis shuttlebus van en naar de AirPort. Als met al een top hotel en waar voor je geld

The service was excellent. The staff in receiption helped in everything ( consultation, car rental etc.) Food in breakfast was rich and tasty. I can advice to everybody this hotel

I will surely comeback here. Value.for.money. near in transport and mall.

Over all considering the location and price wise its good.

Very very good breakfast. the male reception staff was not very cooperative. The place is very nice near bij Robinson Mall. The rooms are big but the aircon is very noisy. The other staff has a very high hospitality Ghe food and pulutan has a good quality. The bar guy very friendly person and do is job very well.
