Property location, food, amenities and services are good. I had pleasant stay there. But I didn’t get receipt for my payments for food etc and I was told that I could get it from make my 訂房網站. I couldn’t understand. Please explain

car parking easy access from govt car parking to hotel car parking smooth checkin important points to note temple rope way is closed 1:30 to 2:30 pm and temple is closed for puja from 5 pm to 6pm so plan accordingly hotel service is good buffet breakfast has decent choice

Excellent hotel right in front of Palani temple hill, near rope car. Hotel is clean and spacious. Room was comfortable and had a great view of fields and hills. You can leave your footwear, mobile in hotel room and take the free buggy ride in front of hotel. It takes you to all points around temple hill. Restaurant is good.

Location is so good. Lobi is also good. Bed is not comfortable ( split bed) and move out side make a gap between two beds. One extra Water bottle billed. Breakfast is ok. Not much impressed. There is no guidance like information about temple rules.

The property is okay however we faced lot of hardships as we were asked to park the vehicle in the bus stand due to the non availability of own parking space in the hotel ! Horrible experience!!!
