Online booking of the desired hotel at my destination Palani was quite easy through MakeMyTrip, I stayed at "Arunachala inn" in the foothills of Sivagairi- Palani formalities at hotel reception was simple as they were aware of our arrival and helped us a lot to navigate the local areas, stay was comfortable provided hot water for bath we were quite happy staying there, All these made possible through MakeMyTrip 🙏

Very worst, ac sound, room not clean, bathroom very worst, room is not all goo to stay any more

The stay was terrible they were given single sheets as blankets and that too not given for all members . The bathroom was leaking and room was smelling badly. Don’t worth the price. And at the end the staff was demanding tip for the ridiculous assistant they provide

I have booked three rooms for 7 people, when we reached the hotels, they provided 2 rooms and asked us to mange it. After some arguments. They have provided the third room, any it's not worth for the money. Room was not clean, could see couple of cockroches in room. They are also not providing bedsheets.

I booked ac room, but i had got a room without working a c. No positive response from the part of hotel management. I lost my money and i stopped my booking in this app and hotel in future.
