The hotel features a lovely swimming pool and stunning scenery. However, I cannot recommend it for elderly guests due to several inconveniences. The accommodations are limited to floor mattresses, making it challenging for seniors to get up. Furthermore, the bathroom is missing essential items, such as soap, facial tissue, and towels. There is also no elevator available, just a staircase, which poses a significant risk for older individuals. Additionally, the hotel only provides breakfast, requiring a 3 km walk to the nearest restaurant. Overall, the experience does not reflect what one would expect from a hotel or resort. Despite initially booking a two-night stay, we decided to check out after just one night and ultimately forfeited our payment.

It was a painful stay. There was no hot water at the first night, the hotel guy checked it out said they'll fix it the next day. then we found out the water heater wasnt turned on (how could the hotel guy not know how to turn on the heater)? The shower head was clogged so bad almost no water came out, we had to clean the shower head ourselves. The walls are quite thin. No one at the hotel can speak english at all.

บรรยากาศดี ห้องใหญ่ สะอาด วิวสวย (ห้อง S01) อยู่ชั้น 3 ไม่มีลิฟท์ การบริการใช้ได้ พนักงานยิ้มแย้มและให้การช่วยเหลือที่ดี แต่วันที่ไปพักมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับห้องน้ำเริ่มจาก หน้าต่างระบายอากาศไม่มีตะแกรงกันแมลงทำให้มียุงและแมลงอื่นๆเข้าห้องได้ เครื่องน้ำอุ่นไม่ทำงาน (ไฟรั่ว) และที่แย่คือเปิดก๊อกน้ำแล้วไฟช๊อตผมมือชาเลย ต้องไปอาบน้ำอีกห้องนึงแทน ส่วนบันไดขึ้นห้อง ไม่มีที่บังแดดฝน ผมไปฝนตกหนักพอดี ออกจากห้องยาก เปียกทั้งตัว ... ขอให้ทางที่พักปรับปรุงส่วนที่ไม่ดีในอนาคตนะครับ

The accommodation was clean but there was a weird smell from the toilet. No smell after closing the toilet door. Wifi was laggy on and off but we were out most of the times so that’s okay. Breakfast was good and had a good selection.

Checkin was a 45 min wait. No staff had a security guard process checking at the desk, and he was instructed by the owner how to do it. The room was not ready eventhou we booked online hours before arrival. Not recommended.
