I booked through 訂房網站 and was very disappointed. The bathroom in my room was dirty, with mold on the walls and floor, and even the chair had mold. The staff tried hard to help, but after checking 2-3 other rooms, they were all the same. It was exhausting. I had to move to a different section, which was cleaner, but I lost the view I originally booked. On the bright side, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. It’s a shame the cleanliness issues ruined what could have been a great stay.

Отель, конечно, шикарный. Находится посередине Toscana valley. Большой номер, удобные подушки и матрас. В номере есть и ванна и душевая, две раковины, есть халаты и тапочки, кондиционер работает хорошо. Разнообразные завтраки, вкусный кофе, свежая выпечка. Официанты расторопные и улыбчивые. На ресепшене старались всегда помочь. Но есть одна большая проблема. Не работает унитаз. Вернее очень плохо работает слив, пока смоешь замучаешься. Со своей проблемой в администрацию не обращались, решили , что как-нибудь две ночи переживем А так в целом все отлично. Обязательно вернемся еще.

Vibes were immaculate! Room is big and clean and well stocked with drinks :) Breakfast was good and has a wide variety of food to choose from. Pool was amazing too!

Service was awesome, super spacious room with high class equipment and design inside the room, amenities is more than what you expect from a hotel room. Food for breakfast could be improved, not many variations, it's a la carte with some small dishes you can take from buffet, but that's it. Would I come here again?within same price ? I'd rather try another resort,

Very beautiful European style hotel. Great service and various kind of foods. Designed with many step, so not convenience if using baby stroller or wheelchair.

Shortage of staff, waiting check in long time. Assigned wrong room but staff changed next day and made things better. If they have more staff working it would be a great stay and probably will stay more nights. Overall was nice and everyone tried hard :)
