ห้องพักกว้าง สะอาด และหอม ไม่มีกลิ่นอับ ระเบียงชั้นสองไม่ร้อนเลย มีต้นไม้บังแดดให้ วิวจากห้องพักสวยสบายตา รอบๆทะเลสาบ บรรยากาศดี สงบเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน เสียดายที่ไปช่วงกำลังก่อสร้างปรับปรุงห้องอาหารและสระว่ายน้ำใหม่พอดี

Truly 5* in all aspects. Beautiful huge property with the rooms surrounding a lake, giving great views in the day. But don't worry about the size of the area, they have buggies to shuttle guests around. Our 2 bedroom suite was a huge comfy space, a master bedroom with a huge bathroom that comes with a luxurious bathtub. The other bedroom had 2 single beds with an attached bathroom with a standing shower but still spacious. Huge sofa in the living room (which can possibly sleep another person) and a dining table, all in between the 2 rooms. Everything is well maintained and clean, mini bar all inclusive, it's funny how they continue stocking the fridge even when we didn't drink any. I love the open wardrobe concept. Wished they had a full length mirror in the Twin-bed room though. The breakfast spread is good, a wide variety including live stations for eggs and congee and cuisines ranging from local Thai to international. They also have an extended selection on the weekends including a noodles live station. The pool, right beside the breakfast restaurant is a little small but enough to keep the kids occupied. The water is perpetually cold regardless of the time of the day. Staff here are excellent, always full of smiles, friendly and welcoming, from front desk to the buggy drivers, to the servers at breakfast. Certainly my choice hotel if I ever return to Khaoyai.

Comfortable stay, but the building needs upkeep. The location is average, and breakfast lacks variety. The biggest surprise? A gecko in my room on the last night! With better maintenance and dining options, this hotel could be much improved.

About 3 hrs car ride from BKK airport, smooth check in upon arrival. Corner room allocated to us, suite room was well maintained, complimentary snacks and drinks refilled daily. Toiletries were provided and of good quality, water pressure was also strong. Breakfast spread was good with lots of choices. Thai restaurant outside the resort worth a visit, was awarded with Michelin stars for two years. Will definitely comeback again and recommend to people who wanted to get a retreat from city.
