Olympus Khaoyai (Olympus Khaoyai)

I stayed here for BD for 2nights. First night at pool villa and second night at Jacuzzi villa. To be fair first night at the pool villa was ok, we got into the first villa (p5) the veiw was horrible, Its oversee the constructions, so we asked the reception if there were other guests in other villa and luckily there wasn't and they moved us to a better view villa (p3). Second night at jacuzzi vill, the room was nice and the view was good. We were planning to use the jacuzzi at night after returning from our dinner. Unfortunately the jacuzzi hot water wasn't hot at all, not even warm so we cant use its as it cold here up the mountain. So we decided will use it tomorrow after breakfast and will inform the reception about the hot water not working. The engineer came to look at it and say its won't get any hotter as the jacuzzi have a very small moto to heat the water. So I asked the how we can use it if the water not hot? He didnt answer, so I asked again if all the jacuzzi here the same with out hot water.....and unfortunately his answer was yes.....so again I asked why would i pay good money to use it if we cant use it?? There were no answer and only say sorry and walk out. Breakfast was not impressed either.....I give it 3 out of 10. For the price i would have recommended to find somewhere else with the same price and better services and facilities as there are so many hotel and resort around here.
