旅館就在海邊，距碼頭很近。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊備，床也很舒適，每天有保潔。一樓窗外可停車，躁音不大，晚上很靜。周邊餐館很多，泰餐館味道好，很實惠。洗衣房還有微波爐可熱食。還有游泳池可遊樂。便利最優選！

This hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed the location to everything aswell as the customer service right up to the manager as girls who have lived in auckland and experienced hotels there this place has immaculate care for their customers within their space we also enjoyed the body wash that smelt so beautiful we are going to get some of that also we are truly greatful thank you.

A suberb location close to everything and perfect views out over the bay .  The size of the suite was spacious and also offered cooking facilities.  A few broken things so I think maintenance could be improved, and we didn’t get offered under cover parking which I assumed was for the junior suites. The swimming pool was nice .

It was very nice and neat hotel .Lots of parking .and the location was so handy .The staffs were friendly and the breakfast was awosome. They allowed us to use the parking area after checking out when we went for the cruise .i will definitely recommend my friends and families to choose Kingsgate hotel .we will definitely like to book the hotel again

Very accomodating and hospitable staff. Great place to stay for Adults and children alike. Great Amenities with swimming pool and games room and awesome location being right across the road from the beach and also close to local restaurants and bars … have been here many times and will continue to keep coming here in the future . Location is excellent. Our room #302 was on the ground floor which was great but just looked at the carpark . The plus was our car was parked right outside. The downside was - our room adjoined the stairs up to the dining room and was directly beneath the toilets for a conference room on the first floor. This meant almost constant noise of people up and down the stairs and slamming doors in the toilets day and night. The room had 2 beds - Queen and single. The Queen bed was very comfortable but the chairs were not - 2 hard chairs! Not a plate or a bowl to put any food on and had to request a bottle/can opener from the front desk. The bathroom was adequate with everything necessary.

Good and bad. We arrived 20 minutes before check in, I thought it would be ok - it was not. But the desk person saw me standing at the counter and was sitting in the waiting area having a personal conversation, ignoring me, when she finally came over she was quite rude about how we were too early and told me to come back in 20 minutes. We went and had a coffee and came back to be met at the service desk by a very polite man who checked us in, although he gave vague directions to get to our room. Once there, I stepped out of the sliding door to the outside, not expecting the step down to be about 24cm (which is a large step for anyone, let alone shorty like me). I rolled my ankle, and now my foot is swollen. When I advised on checkout, there should be a warning on the door and what had happened. The person (different lady) was unconcerned about my foot. Other than that, the room was comfortable and very close to township and great eating places. Despite the cons we would stay again.
