The hotel needs updating, to be more modern, new carpets, curtains that fit the windows, bar re-opening, needs to be made more lively, taps and showers need sorting, good for a 1 or 2 night stay.

The carpets under the bed are filthy dirty. It hasn’t been cleaned and dust and debris is evident all over. Check in was very poor . I stayed nearly 30 minutes before someone attended to check in . There were two more people who had been waiting 15 minutes before I turned up. They were waiting to check in too. I had an issue of heating and had to to make three calls . I was provided an oil radiator after all the effort.

The attendant was very helpful and friendly. His name is Solomon and he performed over and beyond expectations.  Since my last visit to the hotel a lot has changed including the bedding, toiletry supplies, cleanliness and towels. It seems an effort was made to turn things around. Kudos to Solomon for his custom. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👌🏾👌🏾

The bathroom/toilet walls had hairs on them . The shower door’s hinge is broken and not easy to operate.
