Really disappointed at this hotel. We arrived after hours in the sun ,after specifically booking and prepaying for the use of a pool. When we got there the hotel reception was empty. A lady eventually came out who spoke little English. She then told us there was no pool so we asked for a refund as we were booked for a few nights for the use of a pool. We were very polite and friendly in asking this. She put me on the phone to another lady(assuming the manager) who had better English. She was very rude and then hung up the phone on me. We ended up leaving and it took several weeks for a refund on the hotels part, not 訂房網站s.coms.
