Mountview at Pahalgam is an excellet abode to stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and extremely cooperative. The view from the room is highly scenic and pleasant.The food there is very delicious. We really enjoyed the stay there.

Service was poorest, room was not ready even at 5:30 pm. Secondary Rs. 20/- MRP of water bottle they are giving in Rs. 80/-

Worst hotel and they gave dirtiest room and when I shouted they changed the room and that also dirty. Bakwass food

The Suite Room Condition was pathetic, No Intercom Working, All Walls are water Speage, there is working going on next to room lot of Paint smell ***** with disturbance.

It was a wonderful experience staying at the property with helpful and cooperative staff. The food was delicious and also the property is situated at an amazing location with great views from the rooms

Location and food is amazing. View is also good but the rooms are average. Wifi was also not working well as there is only BSNL available till now in the area. Washrooms were average. Prices are little bit on higher side maybe because it’s one of the remote area of Kashmir. Overall it was average stay and can be considered one of the good option in the area.

10 on 10 for food, location, hospitality. The rooms and wash rooms can be upgraded. But I think they are in the process of doing so.

Room description old, dampness in rooms. Amenities I.e. playing area pool, table tenis, etc was chargeable. Food (did breakfast) average in taste. Work was going on in the hotel. Pool site was available incomplete where monkeys were bathing and drinking water from it. Good things were silent corridor, central heating system (however it did fail for few hours during the stay). Separate heating system also provided in room, view from balcony was good.

Not value for money property is old need to be renovation but staff is good behaviour is good but rooms amenities or washrooms not upto the mark even looking glasses r in poor condition u never see ur face
