The location is perfect. The service staff was polite, efficient and responsive. The restaurant experience was perfect too. Just the condition of room and the bathroom was far from perfect. The room was very small for a price of Rs 25000 per night. The bed was pretty ordinary. The tv was small and was not even HD, forget about 4K. The bathroom was small which didn’t even have overhead shower. I am not sure whether rest of the rooms were like that or not. It well might be called a heritage hotel, its room and bathroom fixtures needed to be of good quality at this price. When I told the reception boy about my observations, he responded more or less indifferently.

If you grew up in the 1990s in India, this hotel is definitely going to charm you! Excellent location in the Pahalgam central market. They serve probably the best food I had during the Kashmir 訂房網站! The staff ensured that all food was served fresh and piping hot. The warmth of their staff overshadows the fact that the restaurant has barebones amenities. Rooms are cosy and comfortable but the hotel is in the need of some good renovation, especially the bathrooms. There were also voltage fluctuation issues and room heaters worked only during the first night of our stay. However, we were provided with portable heaters and staff ensured that we stayed warm.

Amazing heritage property Picturesque location. The management and staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay . The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable But food is pathetic and manager in restaurant told us we can only have dosa and egg for breakfast when I have paid beforehand for breakfast and dinner in my package. Due to few guests they cancelled Buffett and when I insisted provide us few more options in breakfast and dinner He was like don't waste our food Bad experience due to restaurant and especially restaurant manager Otherwise it would have been great experience

Due to shortage of guests in resort restaurant manager was not providing us with any food options He blatantly told today u can have only dosa or egg I have paid exbortitant prices so that my family can stay comfortably After I shouted he started bringing a lot of food on my table indirectly telling me to eat food as I have never eaten anything in my life This experience left a bad taste to my 訂房網站 We pay exbortitant prices for a good experience but u ruined it for us

Excellent location, comfortable room and fantastic hospitality. The best part was the awesome food cooked and served with love and passion. The way all the service staff behaved was beyond our expectations
