    Very good location and service.Rooms are well furnished, beds are provided with heated sheets, hot water is provided, hotel is in heart of Pahalgam.Very responsive service

    Hotel is good for only in winter season. In other season it is very bad property. Deu to non ac room. Cleanses is very bad. Parking space is very small.

    The room was deceptively small, the extra bed was very uncomfortable and the extra comforter wasn't clean. Location was good. Did not eat at the hotel nor did we use any of the amenities or services

    Location is good as it is adjacent to the market, food is veg and good. Rooms are decent, service and staff behaviour and courtesy are also good

    Only location is good rest all things are disappointing. Rooms are small, no amenities except one litre of water per day for 2 persons, soap and towel etc, bathrooms are also very small, leaking and not clean. Carpet is dirty. You have to order and pay even for bedtime tea. They have provided heater under bed (like you see in hospital for patients, very much uncomfortable and room remains cold, have no facility of heater too, you will not get it even you feel cold. Food is under contract with restaurant which gives horrible food, very oily and limited choices. Services are poor, worst experience
