The food and hospitality was good and it is on river side breakfast was average and the room was good and room service was good

The property is located at a mesmerising location. Apart from that, the rooms and facilities are average in comparison with the amount we pay. The breakfast also not very good. The cafe wilo is worth a visit. Prefer visiting the cafe rather than staying in the hotel.

My mom is a Sr citizen but she was allocated a room on the 3rd floor in a property where they did not have any lift facility.

Rooms and bathroom state is less than 3 star hotel. Needs revamp. Better hotels available in less than their price. Average food. Only location good

Superb location. Staff is amazing. Food is average. The views absolutely beautiful. Cafe Wilo is a must visit ( hot chocolate is the best) but hotel restaurant isn’t that great.

This is a premium property, set on the prime location with private access to the beautiful river. The hotel has comfortable rooms with good heating systems. We stayed in the river facing room and the experience was extremely pleasant. The property has a cafe (Cafe Wilo) as well as a Dining hall (Dilkush). The dinner and breakfast was very tasty with multicuisine food options. I would definitely recommend the hotel if you wish to have an exquisite stay near the river
