Unfortunately, we did not stay at Precious Dem homestay. We arrived at the location but no person had assisted us. We have knocked the doors, tried to call the number but can't be contacted.My family is exhausted from a long drive, I have booked this homestay since I can see from the pictures that it looks okay. Well, it's disappointing because even the property does not look like the one posted on the website. And to add it more no person had assisted us. I have paid the bills (2 rooms). Since they can't be contacted, I had to email redddoorz-third party. They have been responsive but until now precious dem and reddoorz had not come back to me yet about the reimbursement of money. We ended staying into different homestay. I feel like this homestay just wanted money, it's a scam. This is so disappointing. I hope they do something about this since I have heared from the neighbourhood that it has happen to previous costumers before.
