I have no issues regarding the room, everything perfect. The library is small but still ok. It was during holiday season, all staff very busy so the service was not that good It took more then an hour to check in in the afternoon around 4pm. I stayed for 2 nights but the room key only set for 1 night, so i couldn't enter the room on the 2nd day. I had to go back to lobby to check the key Call the guest service is busy all the time I asked for a new bath towel, but the new towel still had big yellow stain and hair on it and even it didn't fold properly The lift floor was wet and slipery, the guest from pool can access directly to the lift and no staff standby to clean the lift

Tempatnya masih baru. Bersih. Proses check in dan chek out nya cepat. Lift cepat saya dpt lt 12 tapi karena baru buka hotelnya dan lagi kekinian jadi ramai. Library juga dibatasi waktunya hanya 10mnt, kl sdh normal mau coba nginap disana lagi buat nikmatin library. Breakfast beragam. Kolam renang juga karena peak holiday saat lebaran jadi ramai juga. Overall kami enjoy. Kamar bersih. Pelayanan ok. Parkirnya saja yang sedikit jadi dialihkan ke jalanan lumayan jalan sekitar 200m.

The hotel is new in the area, location is also good, near Aeon mall just by 10 minutes walk. Check in was efficient and the staff done a great job. Hotel breakfast was good but not much selection from my point of view. The only one disappointment for me is that we request room with city view but we endedbup with something totally different from what we expected. Our room view was blocked by some like of hotel ventilation and we can't see a thing, as I posted on my last photo. We got a room on the 1st floor.

Newest hotel in BSD. Wait a long time for check, otherwise great experience to stay in this hotel. They have kids club too, not as big as I expect, and only 1 hour / day / kid.

Hotel yang interiornya estetik, nongki ngopi di samping pool bikin betah, kamar lumayan luas bersih nyaman, menu sarapan lumayan komplit dan pas di lidahku. Sayangnya librarynya masih maintenance. Aku kasi nilai 9/10 deh utk novotel bsd ini.

Aesthetically pleasing but not that big for the facilities like swimming pool, kids playground and the library. One of a kind, no other hotel has this concept.

I'm enjoying a great new hotel The ambience, facilities and room is excellent. Foods need to be upgraded, I'm not really fond of the taste. Overall it is good enough.

Saat check in walau ramai sekali tapi staff nya gercep. Ada pramusaji yg menawarkan welcome drink (healthy juice) dan snack (brownies). Library tutup jam 21.00. Pool tutup jam 19.00. Sarapan berakhir jam 11.00 mungkin karena sangat ramai ya karena sempat waiting list. Sarapan ada 2 area di GF (utama) dan UG. Menu sarapan variatif dan enak enak. Proses refill juga cepat jafi tidak lama nunggu. Staff ramah hanya ada 1or 2 org yg tidak begitu ramah mungkin dia lelah (bagian library dan kids club). Minus nya hanya wifi agak lambat (btw saya dpt di lt3). So far sangat worth it untuk balik lagi

Pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan pada saat proses check in, kamar belum siap padahal kami check in harusnya jam 14, dan baru mendapat kamar setelah menunggu 2 jam. Hotel masih baru dan sepertinya kekurangan staf Housekeeping di saat libur Lebaran. Interior kamar bagus, lokasi strategis. Semoga sistem penyediaan kamar dapat diperbaiki.

Check in lama karena antri banyak orang, sehingga masih perlu menunggu sampe ditinggal ke mall. Kalo diminta make up room lamaaaaa sekali hampir tidak dikerjakan, baru di hubungin setelah kita sdh masuk kamar. Minta perlu apa2 sangat slow response, harus ke resepsionis bawah baru datang yg kita request. Telp kamar ke guest service tidak ada yang angkat. Agak parah sih ya. Library ok hanya sangat berisik. Harusnya lebih ditegasin ke pengunjung terutama bawa anak kecil agar tetap bisa menjaga suasana library lah. Sarapan pagi nothing spesial, menginap 2 hari banyak yang sama menunya kurang variatif dan menarik. Menurut saya viral sih ok ya. Tp hrsnya diantisipasi dengan sdm yg banyak.sehingga moment viralnya tidak sampe menimbulkan review buruk dr pengunjung.
