托斯卡內利麥傑斯特酒店 (Majestic Toscanelli (Centro Storico))

It doesn’t matter which type room you select they give you whichever room they want. I booked 2 comfort room, one was half the side of the other and smelled of cigarette smoke. When we asked to change they said they didn’t have any comfort rooms available so I took a standard room, which was bigger than the “comfort” room they originally gave me. When I asked to be refunded the difference in room types they stated I would have to contact 訂房網站.com where I booked. I did, however when 訂房網站.com contacted the hotel the denied giving us a standard room. I tried contacting hotel directly and I was told to be info in email, which I did and never received a response. When we checked out we asked the desk to order us a taxi but we would need a van because of all our luggage. She said she couldn’t get van, therefore we told her we would need two cabs. She calls only one so we tell her within a minute of booking to cancel, and we will get van through Uber. She states she can’t and we ended up having to pay the cab she called 10 euro for coming. The women at front desk refused to listen to anything we said. Also the breakfast at hotel is the worst don’t waste your money!!

房間整體不錯，早餐也可以。冬天溫度也挺高，房間裡水是收費的，這在義大利倒是也常見，難得給提供了一次性拖鞋

The front desk was not helpful and rude and not cooperative

這是義大利本地人推薦的酒店，下次再去帕多瓦一定還會再住這家酒店，裝修風格很有特色，服務真的也是嘎嘎好

Very pleasant hotel situated in centre of the old town.

What a wonderful hotel! Paolo was so friendly and helpful, showing where to park and helping with service at the parking garage. The junior suite is a great size and it’s very comfortable. The hotel is situated in a central location to the city center, making it easy to shop or eat.
