房間寬敞，舒適。 因早機關係未能按酒店時段吃早餐，但酒店可安排簡單早餐盒，方便外帶。真細心。

Perdana menginap lumayan memuaskan,belum terlihat kekurangan dari segala sisi,baik pelayanan kebersihan dan fasilitas yg ada sesuai kamar yg dipesan

Cukup kecawa karena check in pukul 14.40 tapi kamar masih belum siap, pukul 15.20 baru bisa masuk kamar, kamar termasuk kecil untuk tipe grand deluxe, sarapan nya juga tidak begitu nikmat

My stay at the zhm Premier Padang offered several standout features that set it apart from its competitors. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. The hotel's unique selling point is undeniably its rooftop facilities. The rooftop restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience with a breathtaking view of Padang. This, coupled with the sky pool, offers an unparalleled experience that truly sets zhm Premier apart from other hotels in the city. However, I would like to suggest that the management consider designating the rooftop restaurant as a non-smoking area. Despite the air-conditioning, the presence of smoke can be a deterrent for non-smoking guests who wish to enjoy their meals in a smoke-free environment. Regarding the accommodation, I found the rooms in the old wing to be on the smaller side. While they were well-maintained and clean, guests looking for spacious accommodation might find them a bit lacking. Another issue I encountered was related to sound isolation. The walls in the old wing rooms did not seem to be sufficiently soundproofed, resulting in noise from other guests being clearly audible. This can be somewhat disruptive, especially during the night or early morning hours. Despite these minor drawbacks, the service provided by the staff was commendable. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. This, combined with the excellent rooftop facilities, makes the zhm Premier a strong contender among Padang hotels. In summary, while there are areas for improvement, the unique offerings and quality service make zhm Premier Padang a worthy choice. I look forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit, and I am confident that these changes will enhance the overall guest experience.
