Uda sering bgt nginep di mason pine, pertama kali waktu masih pandemi, gedung mason juga masih di renovasi. Sampe sekarang tetep jadi favorit karena senyaman itu. Bener2 staycation bgt sih, ga perlu kemana2 tapi anak2 uda banyak activity di hotel. Makanan juga banyak di sekitar hotel.

hospitality is wonderful, very communicate. playground the pool clean dan beautiful.  amenities didn’t has comb in it, baby chair hard to find and limited availability on weekend. and i’m pretty sick when i told baby meal at the breakfast to be steamed but kitchen heat it in microwave and looked very dry.

早餐款式多樣、豐富。於星期日早上住客較多，酒店會事前以餐券的方法分流客人到餐廳用膳，是很好的安排。另外，24小時的房間服務都很貼心，即使很晚才到達酒店，仍能於房間內享用多國美食。總之，服務一流。對獨行客而言，能讓人住得安心。

•Shock🤯hotel 5 star tapi teko listrik di kamar sangat kotor sampai saya tidak jadi memanaskan air •Saat breakfast , guest diarahkan tablenya oleh staff stelah itu kita ambil makanan , kembali ke table tmpt kita sudah di duduki org lain padahal ada air kita di table lalu kita info ke staff , staff ga bisa apa” dan kita yg mengalah pindah table pdhl bukan kesalahan kita🤯 •Ada barang ketinggalan di kamar hotel kita hubungi hotel melalui email dan WA , di WA tidak ada kabar lagi , di email terakhir hanya di respon tidak menemukan dan di mintai foto brg yg hilang , sudah saya kirimkan tapi sama NO RESPON hingga saat ini , menurut saya tidak pantas klo claim Mason Pine Bandung 5 Star jika servicenya seburuk ini👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Wonderful experience! The location is excellent, being just 3 km away from the high-speed train station, making it super convenient for travelers. The hotel is also very kids-friendly, with plenty of activities that kept kids entertained. The dinner and breakfast buffet were exceptional, offering a wide variety of food options. I especially loved the BBQ, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, a great place for families to stay, with great food and a fantastic location. Highly recommend!
