We had a very good stay at Front One Hotel. Overall, everything was good, the room was comfortable, and the hotel was well maintained. We were satisfied with the facilities and our overall experience. The only issue we experienced was that somehow a small lizard got into our food supplies. It got inside the area where we had kept our coffee and other food items, which was quite unpleasant and concerning. Apart from this incident, everything else was good and we had a pleasant stay. We hope the hotel can pay a little more attention to preventing insects and small animals from entering the rooms. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would consider staying here again.

Ideal location for us. Hotel is newly renovated and clean. Curtains however is too short. Passerby can look into room from the gap. Otherwise it's basic, nice and clean.

We stayed at Front One Hotel Surabaya twice, and unfortunately, our experience was very different each time. During our first stay, everything was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and everything worked perfectly. We were very happy with the room and had no complaints at all. Because we had such a good experience the first time, we booked the hotel again for the following day. Unfortunately, the second room was quite disappointing. There was a significant problem with the water/drainage, and the internet connection was also not working properly. These issues made the second stay much less comfortable compared with our first experience. Apart from these problems, the other facilities were good. We just hope the hotel pays more attention to room maintenance and checks the plumbing and Wi-Fi before assigning rooms to guests. The first stay was excellent, but unfortunately the second room did not meet the same standard.
