Love the supermarket right next to the hotel and there is public bus outside the hotel to go to city center. Typical English breakfast and the food choice is the same every day. There is a retail park opposite the hotel but only have 4-5 shops like Decathlon, Sport Direct & B&Q etc.

住了四天一次沒打掃 要求換下毛巾都沒有換 1500一天這樣的服務 避雷

5月25號從倫敦到牛津check in。reception沒有提及任何注意事項。26號上午去shopping前，我們特地囑咐reception書面記錄了讓cleaner打掃房間的注意事項。下午3點回到酒店，被告知房間未打掃，承諾一小時後打掃。當天6點再次返回酒店，被告知缺乏員工人手，沒有人打掃房間。連基本服務都無法提供，不知道這樣的酒店開著做生意有什麼意義？酒店員工也沒有事先告知。網上的好評都是刷出來的。隔音也不好，對面有個倉庫一樣的酒吧，週末晚上開派對，凌晨都在蹦迪，關窗也很大聲，樓都在震。

we stayed one night here and booked 2 family rooms. One room is not yet ready but Ella the evening staff took great effort to make up the rooms in a few minutes. the beds were comfy for us . in fact we got extra single bed in the room. its quite nice here and we dont mind sleeping here again as down there they have halal food shop and also grocery store. very convenient. Thank
