設施全ok。 可怕的缺點是窗戶外面的噁心景象。 重回G服務櫃台，連查看電腦螢幕的動作都沒有，直接告知fully booked無法換房 刷牙洗臉時候，對著如此景象，會錯覺愈洗愈髒。 萬分不能接受。 煮水壺裡還有液體存在，明顯沒有清潔。

It is comfortable and quiet. It's quite near the town centre and the university, there's a college right next to it. But it is far from the railway station, it took us 27mins walk to/from the railway station. Travel light if you choose here. But  not to be too worry, lots of people pulling their luggages going about to reach their hotels or railway station, and the road/street pavement is even and the terrain is flat. Otherwise, there are buses that passes it  along the main Street, just may have on google to let you know where to drop off. The room is spacious, and comfortable.

看著圖片找酒店，結果酒店的對面才是酒店的本尊。酒店本身不錯，員工熱情，去牛津大學步行就幾分鐘的時間，值得推薦

吃的非常滿足，食材都很新鮮，可以放心大膽地吃， 服務生都非常專業，動作利落乾脆，客戶體驗感特別棒👍特別感謝工作員，昨天非常耐心地給予專業的指導，默默點個贊👍店裡空間非常大，環境氛圍非常好，整個過程下來真的非常舒服.交通非常的便利，多條公交線路直達，必須給個好評

This hotel is just next to the Queen's Lane bus stop. Oxford Tube, and the mega bus stop there. Therefore it is very convenient to go out and into Oxford. It is close to the University as well. The only inconvenience is that there are steps everywhere, from the entrance to the reception, and to my room. This probably a general problem with old buildings in UK. Otherwise no other complains about the service. The bedding are very conformable - this is definitely a highlight.

Car parking very restrictive had to double park and leave keys at desk no reassurance about car safety just said covered to move vehicles. No disabled parking at all the cost per night £30. Room was satisfactory, shower needed some cleaning attention. The people above us were quite noisy. We did not eat at restaurant in the evening just had breakfast, slow service for drinks not impressed with options very disappointing. No interaction with reception staff.
