這個酒店地理位置還算方便，離主要景點都還算方便。缺點是離店被告知要額外收取一個什麼費用，不爽。

Friendly staff throughout my stay. Great location for everything. Only point to note is one (of the 2) lifts was out throughout the stay and I was on the 8th floor. Room was as expected, clean, tidy, smart.

Terrible and the worst hotel experience in Arc starting from the front desk service when I check in. Staff Pablo’s is arrogant when I checked in. To be honest, I have never met a hotel staff (esp. front desk) with so unfriendly manner. When I initiated my concern on paying deposit, his attitude made me feel like it’s my fault that I did I not prepare well. Though he provided alternative to tackle the problem, his dissatisfaction towards me still can be seen on his facial expressions. In addition, when I checked out, I was told to charged a third party booking fees? But that was NOT told when I checked in. And when I checked in, I double confirmed with staff Pablo that whether I can get my deposit all back to my account, he said yes. Is it reasonable to charge this fee? Especially I was NOT told in advance until I checked out. I was in a rush when I checked out so I did not ask for more details. But I need an explanation now.
