We were again very fortunate and truly grateful to be checked in early by the kind lady working in the reception on September 26. Hotel is located within walking distance from Parliament Station and is nearby to the various attractions from the hotel. Highly recommended to stay for ease of exploring the various Ottawa attractions.

The hotel left a very good impression. The location is excellent – everything is nearby: the city center, shops, and restaurants, all within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials for cooking, which was very convenient. The fast check-in via the app was a big plus – quick and hassle-free. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable for relaxing. Things to improve (room 902): some furniture (for example, the wardrobe) felt a bit old, although it was clean and functional.

Good location, where it is near parliament hill and the canal. Easy to get around scenic points on food. Nearby you can find cafes and restaurants. Cleanliness and amenities were satisfactory. Free self -service luggage storage is a plus. Pre-arrival verification was required by the hotel. It needed me to have a reachable phone no. to receive the codes. It would be a problem if one doesn't has roaming or a local phone no. Registration by email or in person at the front desk was said to be unacceptable.

A very stylish and modern apartment block. Check-in and room access by codes. Our studio apartment was comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the bath/shower very clean.The gym downstairs is good and well maintained. Location is good and close to the Parliament Hill area. Only "negative" is that window doesn't open so no fresh air gets in.
