小樽住在水天宮烏奇生活酒店 (Uchi Living Stay Otaru Suitengu)

很乾淨有洗衣機有微波爐烤箱廚房廚具 水很大很棒 離小樽運河很近 自駕方便.步行不便尤其拖行李 電話導航定位不明.誤導到札幌另一飯店自駕導航需留意 現場無人管理溝通不便 飯店提供教學WiFi卻不主動告知 透過訂房網才得到密碼..已快退房 溝通需求不易

-車站到住宿位置不近不遠，但有斜路及不可避免的樓梯級，較不方便 -房間環境乾淨 -沒有行李寄存服務，不方便

超級多要求，又有好幾次電郵提醒唔可以這樣，唔可以那樣，搞到住得都好大壓力。位置極不方便，上到山頂，個停車場又偏僻，架車大啲，掉頭都有危險。地下又多大窿，揸車隨時跌咗落個窿，到時爆軚就麻煩。

This apartment offers a practical and comfortable stay, especially for those looking to explore Otaru on foot. We appreciated the basic utensils and cutlery provided, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The thoughtful inclusion of toothbrushes and toothpaste was a nice touch, and the microwave was handy for quick reheats. Comfort is well-addressed with one air-conditioner and a heater, ensuring a pleasant temperature regardless of the weather. The washing machine was a huge convenience, and we had options for drying clothes either on the hanger stand inside the room or on the balcony. The location is a major highlight, being within easy walking distance to both Otaru Canal and Sakaimachi Street. We also found it convenient to have a Lawson and various eateries nearby, though it's a good idea to check their opening hours as they can vary. Important Considerations for Your Stay While the location is excellent, it's important to note that the road leading to the building is steep. This could be particularly challenging if you're driving, and we would not advise driving during winter due to the road conditions. For those with a car, there are two parking areas available. The closer one has three slots, while a slightly further option offers approximately 12 slots. Keep this in mind, especially if you prioritize a closer parking spot.

入住時需要輸入詳細資訊以及視訊面談沒有事先告知有點麻煩，住宿有停車位，但第一停車場比較適合小車停或是需要一些技術。

入住當天恰逢日本的休息日，酒店很貴，衹能選擇定民宿。從南小樽JR走過去雖然衹有十幾分鍾，但都是上坡路。還是建議自駕或者打車前往。

If you are not driving, this place is a best place to stay with as overall house amenities are comfortable, modern and feeling good. But for anyone driving there, do consider again as the journey towards to the carpark are slippery, more than 10degree slope, it is dangerous and scarry to me eventhough equipped with snow tyre even though for myself that have been driving in many countries in Europe, Asia and Australia.

Spacious room with many home equipments, but the location is uphill, very difficult for walking, even driving, not easy to find and park

Place was nice and clean. Check-in and out was smooth when following the online instructions. Located up a small hill, it can be tedious to walk from the nearest train station during the winter season if proper equipments are not worn.

Clean and spacious room. Easy checkin if you do it online beforehand. The apartment is on the top of a hill, need to claim. Location is nearby those attractions point.
