奧斯陸凱瑞華晟酒店 (Clarion Hotel Oslo)

酒店面積偏小，房間很整潔乾淨，沒有燒水壺，廁所偏大。去火車站很近步行五分鐘，旁邊就是munch museum和opera house。

飯店地點離車站不遠，靠近孟克美術館、歌劇院，乾淨、安靜，早餐很豐盛又多元，還有現點現做歐姆蛋，非常推薦

整體不錯，位置便利，步行幾步可到歌劇院

Changed my room to ‘Standard Double Room’ in 8/F, enjoy the nice street view and see a bit sunrise. Remember the room type ! Because as according to the hotel concerige staff, all the Superior Double Room is facing backyard and low floor even it is more expensive!

Front Desk Reception lady was friendly and hospitable when we checked in approx. 630pm on 07 April. Gratitude to her recommendation of best breakfast in town and we truly enjoy the breakfast and it was of great varieties of food and services from restaurant was amazing! Room and all household ware are cleaned and tidy. Strongly recommended for all!

Breakfast is superb. Many varieties, delicious, most delicious bacon omelette I ever had! The service of the restaurant and restaurant staff are also high standard. The neighbourhood is nice. Location is great, 5mins. walk to the Opera House. Public bus right at the front of the hotel. Room cleaning is good everyday as I have stayed for 4D3N in here. Everything is good except one thing is terrible, that’s the customer service level in Concierge is terrible. I arrived and check in at late around 8pm night time, the room we booked was the Superior Double Room, but the room is very dark and the window is facing the backyard in 3rd floor. We have asked Concierge as this doesn’t fit with the photos we saw in 訂房網站. The answer we have received is : “all the room of Superior Double Room are all facing backyard; and those images posted in 訂房網站 was wrong which not their responsibility”!. Concierge even claimed : “we don’t do business with 訂房網站, so not the hotel fault. 訂房網站 is not popular in Europe.” This is really ridiculous answer when I heard, not taking responsibility and even blame the fault in 訂房網站 and bad mouth 訂房網站 business. My question to the Concierge is why your hotel will accept our room bookings in 訂房網站? If the hotel is listed in 訂房網站 and you accept the bookings the. 訂房網站 then this is a proper business relationship and the hotel have to honour what is in the 訂房網站. After wasting my hour's to negotiate, I got change to a Standard Double Room (which is even cheaper than the Superior Double Room but with a nice street view and room size is actually similar). We then can enjoy our time and breakfast of the hotel. I strongly recommend the hotel to check whether these customer service level is qualified as a 4 star hotel , and most importantly are whether the room photos in the 訂房網站 is correct or not. You cannot cheat travellers by knowing it is wrong but still using it. 訂房網站 service team, pls follow up this case as well.
