標準家庭房很大，二個大箱子打開足足有餘。酒店不是很新，設施也比較老但勝在交通方便，火車地鐵地面電車公交車都在附近，購物餐廳也非常多。特別要表揚前台的EDEL女士，熱情周到，前一天拜託的事情第二天還會詢問有沒有滿意，思路清晰，邏輯性很強，交流起來非常順暢。車站上面的EGON餐廳味道很不錯，不知去哪裡吃飯可以去這裡，各種菜品很多。

The hotel’s location is superb, right by the Oslo S train station and by the main shopping district and main sights. Hotel itself seems rather old. The bathroom especially felt like something out of the 1980s. It was small and water pressure was weak. Also there was no bath mat provided, nor any tissue paper, and no amenities like toothpaste toothbrush or shower cap. As we had paid for a larger room, our room was spacious. But it was noisy from people shouting in the street below even at late hours. Also the hotel did not turn on its central heating nor air conditioning. So the room felt stuffy and you would have to open a window. What saves the hotel is the excellent service. Staff were accommodating on requests we made, including for a takeaway breakfast box on our last day as we were taking an early train.

來奧斯陸開會四天，選擇了這間在奧斯陸市中心車站旁邊的酒店。整體來說非常滿意，第一：地理位置極佳，在奧斯陸中央車站對面大概5分鐘路程，原本擔心距離車站很近噪音會很厲害，但入住後發覺非常安靜。第二：大床房內空間非常足夠，可以打開兩個行李箱還有空間走動。第三：員工們態度非常友善和好客，找他們幫助訂餐廳等等都可以幫你處理好。唯一美中不足之處，是酒店走廊有異味，另外房內的暖氣系統失靈了。還好他們有提供可攜式的暖風機，幫助我們渡過了寒冷的晚上。

離中心火車站很近，這點對於不租車的旅行者來説非常方便，房間設施簡單乾淨。但是整個樓層沒有找平，對推行李箱不太方便。並且有些房間需要下樓梯，也就是説得提著行李下去，非常不方便。避雷326 此房間就需要下樓。

酒店的位置很好，公共交通便捷。房間不大，但是整潔舒適，前台服務熱情。我們的早餐品種比較豐富，住這個酒店是個不錯的選擇。

距離奧斯陸中央火車站約六七分鐘的步行距離，離奧斯陸歌劇院、公共圖書館也就走不到十分鐘，蒙克美術館十多分鐘，地理位置很好。就是因為太便利了，周圍較為嘈雜，加上天黑得晚，凌晨0點甚至週末的1點多都有人在外面彈琴和打鬧，房間有雙層玻璃，如果不是容易失眠的人，倒是問題不大，否則建議預訂窗戶朝內的房間。酒店大門口不是太乾淨，不過早餐還挺豐盛的，工作人員也比較熱情。

房間位置非常得好，可到可走路到門口博物館離歌劇院也非常的近，還有逛街就是裡面太多的房間走路像迷宮一樣，有時候差點找不到房間

套房房間大也乾淨，早餐豐富，帶孩子家庭住也很寬裕，在歐洲屬於信價比很高了。位置就在中央車站邊上5分鐘出行交通非常方便。五星好評。

Very bad experience with overpriced hotel and not good service. 1.No phone in room to call reception or restaurant. Have to go downstairs every time for any requests. 2. Single blankets. There is no double blankets even though room is double bed. We had suite but no double bed duvet. 3. Breakfast end time 9:30 or recommended 8:45 on weekends. Also Only 1 hot dish in vegetarian so reviews that say good breakfast does not mean good for vegetarian 3, No toothpaste or slippers in room. Such basic amenities are 4 No proper heating, the nob was not working so they had to give separate heater 5. Finally, oddly no room cleaning on day two even we asked and told during check in. They simply said it c was booked in the system but they were not sure why it was not clean in the end. Just provided towels as it was already past evening.
