Everyone was incredible helpful and lovely, from the welcome to the goodbye we were treated very well. The shared bathrooms are super clean. Shampoo, gel and conditioner were provided. We could store our luggage until check in time which was great for us. We also very much appreciated the breakfast! Unfortunately we didn't have any time left but they also offer activities in the area. You really notice that they care about every visitor and create a nice atmosphere. Definitely coming back if we are in Osaka.

Bonjour tout le monde, je recommande à tous de venir dans cet hôtel. L'équipe est chaleureuse, tu te sens comme à la maison, la maison est authentique, jolie, comme dans une grande collocation on s'y sent inclus directement. Les espaces sont très propres et bien gardés. Je vous recommande vivement d'y faire un tour 🤗

北加賀屋の町の雰囲気がとても良い。スタッフさんも英語と日本語交えて親切に対応してくれました。 朝ごはんのおにぎりとお味噌汁もおいしかった！ありがとうございました！

Friendly and helpful staff. Arrived after the check-in time but was accommodated. It's somewhat close to the station so that was a plus.
