房間設施什麼都不錯，酒店靠近JR站，方便我們這些一天一個城市遊玩的遊客。酒店附近有便利店，買東西方便。前台會説中文，很熱情，諮詢他該怎麼坐車去outlets，拿張紙把路線寫得清清楚楚，感謝感謝！

The hotel was great, I liked the location in a quiet part of Osaka even though it was not super near to the city areas. I selected the hotel because it was close by to the sakura gardens by the river and we got to see sakuras the whole week we were there! They were amazing. There is a train station about 10 mins’ walk away, as well as a Family Mart, Lawson and Don Quijote. The hotel has a laundry room in the basement (coin operated) and free drinks at the lobby. I stayed for 5 nights and booked the Suite Twin Room which was large and spacious (twin beds and a sofa) - big enough for 2 adults and a 7 year old. My only gripe was that when we were about to leave after checking out, the hotel asked us to dispose of our own broken stroller and broken luggage. As we were not locals, we had no idea where to dispose them at plus were rushing to the airport. Also, everything extra comes at a charge - even extra towel for the child.

房間非常乾淨，距離JR比較近，步行5-6分鐘，後面是櫻宮，4月初還有櫻花祭，世博期間住宿緊張，衹訂到一天，後面住了別家，早上離開時Apple的充電器沒帶走，到另一家酒店整理行李時發現了，打電話問説沒有找到，有點失望

萬博に行くためこちらに宿泊しました。洗面所と浴室が広く、快適でした。フロントに教えてもらった、駅近くにあったベトナムバインミーが美味しかったです。

일본에서 지낼 때마다 이용하는 숙소입니다. 큰 강 옆에 위치하여 저녁에 산책하기 좋으며, 우메다역과도 가까워 접근성이 좋습니다. 숙소는 매우 청결하며, 욕조도 이용하기 좋습니다. 근처 식당, 카페를 이용할 경우 자전거를 대여해주는 서비스가 있으니 잘 활용해보세요.

懷著忐忑的心情來到櫻花酒店，一聲您好，立刻打消一半顧慮，隨後就是前台人員溫和禮貌的介紹酒店情況。我接觸到三位前臺中國姑娘，她們很棒，每次詢問事宜她們都盡己所能的解答。酒店不大，但是乾淨整潔，設施齊全。酒店距大阪城公園相對近，有體力的年輕人徒步完全可以到達。酒店西側有沿河公園，可以跑步。酒店向南大約500米左右有堂吉訶德超市。向北有地鐵，和餐廳。完全滿足了我的需求。下次大阪，還要選這裡。擔心語言不通的中國朋友們，可以放心下單。

房間還好，在櫻之宮附近這個價位來説條件還算不錯。前台都會講中文，相對來説交流方便一些。衞生環境都很好。總體來説非常滿意。酒店就在河邊。出門就是櫻宮神社。大阪城也很近，晚上吃完飯散步去看看夜景非常好。

桜ノ宮に來る時は毎回このホテルを利用しています。お風呂とトイレがセパレートになっていて、リラックスできます。また來る時はお世話になります。
