我們訂的上下鋪的房間，不帶單獨衞浴，但離公共衞浴就幾步路，開門過一個房間就到了，酒店服務人員英文都很好，同行見到很多外國人，酒店早餐豐富美味，酒店就在谷町線天滿橋地鐵站附近，中之島公園就在酒店對面，可以飯後在河邊走走看看，風景優美

おしゃれだと思い急遽ここを予約。しっかり確認すればよかった……… 値段の割に最悪でした⤵️ まずトイレのシャワーがまさかの共用🫩 こんなことあります？安いホテルならまだしも狹い部屋で一萬近くしました。ありえないです🤮 さ！ら！にアメニティーは歯ブラシひとつ有料。今時岩盤浴でも一つ貰えるというのに… どーゆうホテルなのか… どこに需要があるのか… 2度と泊まりません！すごく後悔してます！

位置特別好，走路到中之島25分鐘，地鐵站走路8分鐘；去世博會衹要轉一次地鐵就能到住的不帶衞生間的單人房，公共浴室不需要排隊，很方便；早餐太貴了！另外，有時廁紙補充不及時！

I had an incredible stay at Hotel Noum Osaka. Located in a vibrant area, it was just a short walk to popular spots like Dotonbori and Osaka Castle, which made exploring the city so convenient. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, with a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel right at home. My room was well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable throughout my stay. I also loved the dining options, especially the café, which was perfect for a quick bite in between sightseeing. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with recommendations for local attractions and dining. With easy access to public transportation, Hotel Noum Osaka was the perfect base for my time in the city. Whether you're here for business or leisure, I highly recommend it for a memorable experience in Osaka.

The hotel is modern and super clean. The staff are lovely and very friendly, they all speak very good English too. The shared bathroom area is also very clean and, when I was there, it was pretty empty so I never had to wait ☺️ It’s about a 7 minute walk to the closest metro, very convenient, and you can walk to Osaka Castle in under 20 minutes. The area itself is pretty quiet but there’s a couple of convenience stores close by and one night I went to a nearby Indian restaurant- would highly recommend! Overall a lovely hotel in a peaceful area, perfect for coming back to after a long day of exploring.

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very kind and welcoming. I especially liked the onsite laundry facilities and the delicious food in cafe. I would absolutely stay here again.

Second time here, and it was just as good as the first time! The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Amenities are faultless. The location is great for tourism and business.

去年に続き2度目の利用です。お客さんはほぼ外國の方ばかりです。カフェにビジターで訪れるのも外國の方ばかり。しかも歐米や歐州の方がほとんどで私の方が海外旅行している気分で非日常感を楽しめました。朝食も美味しく、スタッフさんは若い方ばかりですがほどよくフレンドリーでとても居心地の良いホテルです。お部屋は洗面台が小さくてちょっと使いにくいのが難點かなと。ハンガーのピンチ付きは部屋に常設してないのでフロントでお願いすると貸していただけます。せっかくなら1つでもいいので常設していただければいいのになぁ。(普通のタイプは部屋に5つほどもありました笑) 立地もいいのでまた利用したいです。
