房間寬敞乾淨，交通還算方便，4天住下來很像回到自己的家，小廚房鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，還很貼心的附上餐巾紙，洗衣有足夠的衣架，還附洗衣精，值得推薦，下次去大阪還會再住的

10/10! We had a wonderful stay at STITCH HOTEL Kyoto. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location is convenient for exploring Kyoto, and the overall atmosphere feels stylish yet relaxing. The staff named Sumi, were friendly, helpful, and very welcoming throughout our stay. Our stay at MIMARU was a completely different experience from a typical hotel — in the best way. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly and we didn't encounter a single issue. Service: The customer service was genuinely delightful throughout our stay — attentive and helpful without ever feeling intrusive. The apartment-hotel concept, done right: What stood out most was how thoughtfully the entire experience was managed — the facilities, the amenities, and the design all felt like they were built around what a guest actually needs during a stay. Small but meaningful touches like water dispensers and proper luggage storage showed real attention to detail rather than just ticking boxes. One suggestion: The only improvement I'd ask for is the option to extend late check-out (for a fee, like many hotels offer), capacity permitting — that would round out an already excellent stay. Otherwise, this was a 5-star experience from start to finish, and a stay I'd happily repeat.
