普通のアパートの一室です 建物に入るのにパスワードでオートロックを開け、部屋の前でパスワードを入れて鍵を取り出します 2つパスワードがあるので、建物に著く前に準備したほうが良いが、チェックイン・アウトの手間がなくて楽 駅から歩くには少し遠かった 地下鉄を使うなら、駅橫のライフ（スーパーマーケット）が便利 周辺にいくつかコインパーキングがあるので、車でも滯在しやすい 部屋の清潔さは良かったが、玄関を入ってすぐに下水の匂いがした 給湯器の電源は入るものの動かず、シャワーのお湯が出なかった 不具合を報告したが、反応がないので直っているかわからない 周辺は靜かで過ごしやすい アメニティは充分で通常ホテルにあるもののほか、キッチンや洗濯機の洗剤も置いてあった 大きい冷蔵庫があり、電子レンジやキッチンの調理器具など揃っていて便利

Top location for the price if you are planning Expo 2025 visits - the apartments is 10 mins walk from the station in a quite residential neighborhood and 3 stops away from Yumeshima station where the event is held. Nearby you can find both supermarkets and convenience stores as well as nice local restaurants and cafes, including a not so crowded Kura Sushi. The apartment is tiny and not very convenient if you’re not used to confined spaces, but it’s still functional. The conditioner, washing machine, tv and other appliances were working properly. The bed however wasn’t very comfortable since the mattress was a bit outdated and sagging in the middle. It is also worth keeping in mind that the walls are paper thin and you could hear basically everything your neighbors are doing. And the neighbors probably might hear you too if you are not quite enough. Generally it is a typical low-budget Japanese apartment in a residential neighborhood, which might be a nice experience if you’re coming as a tourist and would like to experience a token of local lifestyle.

Great place to stay. Great location. Highly recommended. Clean with fast elevator. Fast wifi. Extra small bathtub.

離地鐵站和JR站很近，交通便利；周圍有7-Eleven和Lawson，還有兩家百貨公司，購買物品也方便。

房間和位置都很好，靠近地鐵站和超市，去世博會很方便。

位置偏，被子有異味，洗澡熱水沒有，

4日間の滯在でした。お部屋は清潔感があり、快適に過ごすことが出來ました！ありがとうございました。
