First of all, it was a nighymare checking in..the host did not sent any enail or messages how to check in..since it is a self checkin and bo staff onsite to lend a hand, Trip should have made sire that these information are sent to the guests beforehand..next, the mibile number posted in the peoperty which you can call, is only local number with no whatsapp or viber app that you can call so you need to have a local netwiek connection or international roaming mobile connection to be able to talk to someone..so we had to buy a local prepaid sim firsr .took us more than 2 hours from arriving at the peoperty until finally someone answered our call. I would personally not recommending booking a stay in this property and even booking a self ckeckin property from Trip.
