The info given by hotel is not enough as this residence is quite difficult to find , the hotel should at least tell us the way how to get there like get off at Tennoji subway station and use exit 10 and then take the bus no. 1 or 5 and get off after 3 stops. We were new to the environment and it was so dark and we tried to call the agency but she only gave us the hotel no which did not help as it arrived after we found the place. It was supposed to be a place with catering facilities, we were three people and there were only 3 cups, 1 bowl, 1 plate. No oil/sugar/salt as like other B&B.Even if we cooked, we had to hold the food to eat as there were 2 chairs and no table but the charges was not cheap at all. We were given half roll of toilet paper and no extra. The electricity supply was poor as it took one whole night to charge only 40% of the power bank which was better than nothing afterall. We would not want to stay in this unit anymore.
