民宿很好，性價比高，房東很快回應，在訂房網站.com app內就可以聯絡他了。附近有超市便利店，地點也很方便。

I used the facility for 3 days and 2 nights.Day 1 passed without any problems.On the second day, I went out after 11 a.m. and came back around 11 p.m.However, the owner told us that we had vacated the accommodation while the tap water was running, took pictures of our faces at will, and extorted 20,000 yen by telling us to pay the water and electricity bills.Then, they took our keys and extorted money by telling us to give them the next day or paying 25,000 yen instead.We had to go back to our country, so we went through something ridiculous.I hope that those of you who plan to use this place in the future will read this review and avoid falling victim to Chinese people in Japan who extort money from visitors even though they cannot speak Japanese or English.

位置在西城區，開始有點擔心安全問題，還特意問問店家，店家很快回復安全沒問題，的確還是很好。交通便利，距離地鐵站花園町步行不到10分鐘，距離南海天下茶屋也是不到10分鐘，JR新今宮稍微遠點15分鐘，站前一條街上有流浪者，別搭茬直接走過去就是。沒有門臉，就是一個樓梯入口，還好我們住在2樓。樓下有個小KTV，不過不會吵到。房間就是一個廳，然後如介紹和圖片，還是挺寬鬆的。8月下旬過去的，天氣潮熱，每天回來都是幾身汗，沒有洗衣機稍微不太方便，不過很近有洗衣房。周邊便利店和大超市很方便，廚房也用品齊全，我們衹用了微波爐。性價比高如果下次過去，還會選擇的。

房間面積大，設備齊全。附近有大超市，可以自己買材料回酒店煮著吃。居住方便
