A basic hotel with the basic amenities. Spotty WiFi, few cable TV channels, and tiny room. We transferred to a single room as the only available room as the aircon in our twin room was not working. Staffs needs proper training on how to handle situations like this. Shoutout to Jared as he was the only one who provided the needed assistance to us despite being new to his job. Also needs thorough cleaning as it was very dirty under our bed. The place needs a little TLC. 😭

Not sure if other hotels have or do not have hot water for shower. GV Hotel does not, please note. Also the shower is spacious but no seperate cubicle. The whole floor gets wet as you shower, may be a common feature in the tropical cities. Nevertheless, the proximity to SM Mall is the best feature, you can get everything in the Hypermarket and most of the popular food outlets under one roof, just a 2 minute walk opposite the same street. If you want to try the BBQ style, please visit first floor with very reasonable price. see photo here showing the menu.

It's okay when it comes sa mga staffs very friendly sila. Yung napag-stayan lang namin ng family ko na room ay may problema ung sa sink sa cr. Tumatagas ang tubig at wala ding heater ang tubig sa CR.

The check in was smooth. It's in walking distance from the ferry pier. The room was basic but functioning. Wifi works well.
