New facility, right at the center of commercial area where you could easily go to restaurants, mall, drugstore. Everything is clean & shiny. Sheets smell good and bed is perfectly firm. Staff are also accommodating. I would book again for sure.

Really bad experience. Staffs are noisy in the hallways, and gives you bad morning experience with the noise. This was hyped as a new hotel, but relatively way worse than other ones I’ve tried locally. (1) Their breakfast gives you juice, hot chocolate or coffee. I asked for juice and they gave coffee. (2) The room cleaning, they knock at 9-10am while I’m asleep for cleaning, then I asked them to come again later in the afternoon and they didn’t. (3) The room cleaning during the night time was asked again, and they left it uncleaned and all messy except some changed toiletry. (4) You have to repeat what you’re saying a lot of times 3-5X before the staff do or understand what you’re implying/request. (5) The room is not sound proof.

Very basic breakfast No restaurant (only a basic set breakfast) Basthroom is small and full of mould Single beds are narrow and pillows are slaps of foam No bottled water (you are supposed to get purified wtaer from a dispenser in the corridor The corridor is very noisy (doors slamming) Two lifts but only 1 working (cost savings?) On the positive side: a very reliable and high speed internet. Overall, a very basic local hotel not really reflected in the name.

The room feels like your a VIP guest. Everything is already provided. The room has a nice scent. The hotel staffs are very accommodating and friendly. When you stay in Copenhagen, it feels just like home. Will book again a stay soon!
