Hairs on the bed and floor. Stained bed sheets & pillow cover No phone in the room- need to communicate via msg or call. Breakfast order requested; order(menu & time of delivery) took before 5pm on the arrival date. The next day, not delivered. Asked upon check-out, delivered but no one response. No note or msg left on my door or under. Apologized but nothing else given- would be nice to give a coffee that i ordered & paid.

Easy check-in and out. Very good (central) location. The room was tidy, very clean, good beds, big cabinets, very good wifi; shower & bathroom very fine. Unlimited cold 6 hot water. Additional free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Once I come back to Ormoc, I would book this hotel again. No regrets, no complaints, very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff is helpful and polite, however the rooms are not sound proof, especially the window sills thus it's difficult to sleep at night.

Ang mga towel laging kulang ,ang hair dryer hindi gumagana ,ang gurd not welcoming 😑

Really nice hotel with big family rooms. Convenient location. Breakfast is average but good enough. Needs to install more vanity mirrors.
