機場有公交巴士坐到酒店門口，省錢但相對耗時；酒店離eola 湖很近，離魔術隊主場Kia center 步行15分鐘的樣子；酒店早餐非自助，需要自己按照菜單點，如果房價含早餐可以免除相應的費用，但是需要簽單自己填gratuity 金額，最後在按金里扣。為了看球才訂的這裡，總體來説比較方便，設施也基本滿足要求，中規中矩，不錯的選擇！

房間衞生極差！有很多床蟲！被咬得腿一塌糊塗！癢得整晚睡不著！還不知道之後會不會留疤 現在已經開始有過敏反應 跟經理反饋之後居然説不知道是不是我在外面咬的！？ 我都沒去外面待過 大部分時間在酒店 沒有可能會被咬成這樣！ 之後再也不會信希爾頓了！

The check-in experience was a little unpleasant as we arrive after 12am due to flight delay and the front desk was empty. Thanks to existing guest coming out hence we were able to be let in to sit and wait for the front desk at the lobby. Turns out the person was away on toilet break. Perhaps a sign would had kept us aware. We later found out the front desk was in the toilet from the security. We have a few other people all waiting for check in or for the valet parking.  What has done well obviously is the locked door that only access card can be let in and also the security making rounds. This had certainly boost my confidence of the security of this hotel.  I am also impressed by the cleanliness and space of the hotel room. All in all, happy with my stay even though online booking photos was artist impression.

Absolutely disappointed with this booking. My flight was cancelled, so arrived the next day. I had paid in full and was told they cancelled my booking and that if I wanted a refund I'd need to contact via 訂房網站.com. I had just arrived from 22hrs of flying, so had no choice but to pay again so I had somewhere to sleep. I tired contacting them multiple times and have gotten no response. It's totally unfair that they can keep my money and no give me a room. My recommendations are don't use 訂房網站.com, they were of no help whatsoever (and hotels use this as an excuse to deflect and then not respond to you). And avoid places like this with unethical behaviour. It's just not right.
