I am grateful about the location, and I am aware that when I checked in, it was pass midnight, and I knew then, so little could have been done if I were to complain at the front counter. I just wanted to sleep.
Our room was dirty, I even saw a roach.
Heater didn’t work, at a cold night, it would have been a great help. I ask for clean towels on my second night stay, and I was told I can only have one. Well, damn.
I can understand that maybe the hotel is short staff, and some things could have been missed, but as a paying customer, arriving into a dirty room, unacceptable.
I will never book with this hotel again.
