不要訂這家！ 前台服務巨差，扣了兩次按金就是死不承認； 房間設施略舊但還能勉強接受，馬桶不好使。 有蟑螂是再怎麼也接受不了！

結構雰囲気こわいなーーって感じでした。あまり部屋が埋まっていなかった為、使われる部屋が放されていたので、うるさくしても何も言われずそこはよかったです。 ベットも普通に寢ることができますが、神経質な方にはお勧めしません。

Tiene tan excelente ubicación y tan terrible atención, olor, apariencia. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionó el 1er día que llegué y tuve que dormir así. Al otro día tuve que discutir con el personal de atención para que cambiara la habitación y la persona dijo que no se responsabilizaba de que si hubiese otro daño.

Stay was terrible, we left 15 minutes after arriving. Bed sheets weren’t washed and were wet. Saw 6 roaches, lightbulbs out, stains everywhere. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. Do not recommend staying here at all.

The hotel is a nightmare, the crew from reception super sude, they make clear they don't want to be there and they won't do nothing to help you. They refuse a very important mail that I needed and never told me. The linens were dirty, they didn't change between guests, I had to do clean my sheets. I will never be back, I feel like they should pay me for stay there and not the opposite.

I love staying here because it always clean and the housekeepers always do an amazing job. It a great location right by the Orlando Eye. Everything is walking distance.

Hotel is in a good location as opposite the icon wheel and on international drive. There is also a bus direct from the airport The room felt dirty and the areas around the rooms are unclean The staff aren’t the most friendly either Definitely a place for being on a tight budget
