무엇보다 공항에서 호텔 셔틀버스를 1시간이상 기다려서 정말 기분이 나빴어요 미리 전화를 했는데 공항에서 호텔가는. 사람이 나혼자여서 그런지 너무 늦게 오더라구요 참고로 올랜도 공항에서 호텔까지 차로 7분정도 거리입니다 그러나 객실은 넓고 좋았어요 객실가격에. 포함된 조찬은 정말 별로 였어요 과일이나 채소 샐러드 스프도 없었고 계란. 시리얼과 빵 정도만 나와서 실망했어요

Kimberly i think was her name at the front desk was exceptional! Very polite and knows what she is doing. The airport transfer was a big help. Spacious room and clean as well. Breakfast was decent.

The problem I had was there was construction going on and I was awaken at 7:00am by the sound of hammers and pounding. This continued all day. So my sleep was interrupted. The Airconditioning went out in my unit rm 522 on the hottest day. It was 94 degrees outside, my room was 80 degrees and I had to move to rm 602. The breakfasts served were nothing like the advertisement pictures. No bacon only sausage patties. Waffles were good and other amenities. The rooms were nicely laid out and comfortable aside from the Airconditioning. Showers lacked bodywash and shampoo, but there were plenty of towels and the bathroom lighting was good. Overall it was ok because I could use the microwave and stove to cook my own meals. Housekeeping staff were on the job.

The location of the hotel is convenient. The food is not good mostly breakfast. The service was dependant on who was serving you. Veron at the front desk was super supportive, friendly and kind.

올랜도 공항에서 7분 거리라 선택했어요 기존 평점도 높았고요. 비행기로 온것이 아니라 마이애미에서 버스로 왔기때문에 내린 정류장 주위에 숙박시설이 없어서 공항에서 평점이 높은 호텔로 검색해서 선택했는데 픽업 서비스를 1시간 기다려서 좀 힘들었어요. 전화통화하기도 힘들었고요. 시설이 노후하긴 하지만 안락하고 오랜 여행을 해서 피곤도해서 하루 더 머물려고 예약을 다시 했어요
