環宇貝斯特韋斯特優質酒店 (Best Western Plus Universal Inn)

前台服務周到，房間乾淨整潔，比較寬敞，周邊有很多餐飲店，距離環球很近，可以走路去環球遊樂場，其他遊樂園也都比較近，開車十分鐘距離左右吧，價格適中，點贊👍

性價比超值，周邊有餐館，隔條馬路（6分鐘車程）就是奧萊和梅西百貨，早晚免費班車去環球影城，如果有下次，還會再訂

The hotel is obsolete.., without modernization and with little comfort. The service was very poor at the front desk. I had already stayed at this hotel a few times…, but this time was the worst..! Standard American breakfast. The shower and the amenities in the room are bad as well. The mattress would need to be changed. The location is very good.., close to the Universal theme parks. I probably wouldn’t stay again..!

I left my phone charger in the room when checking out. The cleaning staff found it immediately and took it out for me when I was in the parking lot. I am so grateful about that.

This hotel is in an absolutely fantastic location for Universal Studios - that’s without a doubt the key selling point. It’s next door to a DoubleTree Hilton which charges a lot more but is directly next door so with the Best Western you can stay just as close but for less. I had a problem with the air conditioning kicking in and out all night and the buttons wouldn’t fix it. I rang and reported it to reception the next morning, and when I returned I asked at reception and the person manning the desk didn’t know anything about it. I was worried. However I shouldn’t have been as when I got to the room it had been fixed by maintenance and remained on (phew) for the rest of my stay. The cleaners were great and serviced my room every day, leaving it lovely and fresh for when I returned from the theme park. The overall state of the hotel is a bit tired but this shouldn’t put you off booking - a hotel this close to Universal should mean you spend most of each day at Universal! If you’re planning to spend more time in the hotel, and don’t just need a comfy bed to stop over, then this may not be the hotel for you. However if you’re looking for a good price and a great location this is for you for sure! Just to note, there is a free shuttle to Universal it leaves once in the morning and returns about 5.30 (check most up to date times with the hotel). It’s free but quite small. Not a problem as Best Western is the first stop but it does pick up from a Hampton as well, and gets quite crowded. All in all, I’d give this hotel a strong 4/5!

Great location.., 15 minutes walking from the hotel to the Universal’s theme parks. There’s a Miller Ale House in front of the hotel. Fair breakfast… Comfortable room.., with good bathroom. Clean lobby.., with new decoration. I’d definitely stay again..!!

Great location.., you can go walking to the Universal theme parks (10-15 minutes on foot). Large room with a comfortable king size bed. No problems in the bathroom.., everything working. The traditional american breakfast., few options.., but all tasty. There’s a nice sports bar in front of the hotel…, where we have watched the NBA finals.., with good food and cold beer. I highly recommend.
