Since the hotel had only recently opened, there was a bit of a wait during check-in. However, the staff were very kind and courteous, which made the process pleasant. On the other hand, there were a few concerns regarding the facilities. The water in the handwashing area didn’t drain well, and the toilet also had drainage issues. I had never encountered these kinds of plumbing problems at other places I’ve stayed, such as Universal Canaveral or Disney All Star Resort, so it was a bit disappointing. I was also surprised by the lack of sound insulation. Voices from the hallway could be heard very clearly inside the room. Additionally, there seemed to be a gap around the door, which likely allowed more noise to enter. I didn’t experience this kind of issue at the previous hotels I mentioned. Since the hotel is still new, I hope to see improvements in these areas in the future.
