    Best hotel of my life. Very clean, the hotel is part the historical palace Raj Mahal. The staff was very nice and available, especially Mahendra and Rakesh. Top experience

    We were really looking forward to this hotel. And while it’s in an amazing location and has a whole lot of faded charm, it fell short of expectations. It is very dated and not being cared for at all. Having said that the food is very good in the restaurant which it popular with people visiting the fort.

    Het personeel was vriendelijk en het eten was goed (de selectie softdrinks was beperkt). De kamer ziet er mooi uit bij de eerste aanblik, maar is zeer toe aan een opknapbeurt. Vooral de badkamer was gedateerd en vies; er was ook geen warm water aanwezig. Al met al een prachtig gelegen hotel dat de hoge prijs echter niet volledig waard is vanwege het achterstallige onderhoud.

    A stay fit for a prince, comfy rooms in a historical palace. The shower had almost no hot water so we had to use the bucket provided. Good breakfast.

    1. Misrepresentation of the rooms ( rooms which were allotted were completely different from the rooms booked. 2. No pest control there were insects ( centipede inside the rooms) 3. Smell of damp and moisture in the rooms 4. No fire exits and maps of fire exist 5 stair was steep and narrow.

    The hotel doesn't have any facilities other than room. The staff was less due to they were not able to attend the customers well. The restaurant is in the lobby itself that gives a very bad experience of dining. The cleaning can also be improved.
