El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación si vas a los parques de Orlando, el hotel cómodo, la recepcionista nada amable, te cobran un Parqueo de 20$ cuando en mi reserva decía 15$, mi habitación tenía la alfombra mojada por el aire acondicionado, la tina le falta pintura o más limpieza, el desayuno no fue lo que esperaba ya que reservé este hotel por la buena calidad de su servicios principalmente sus desayunos, un desayuno muy básico y lo peor sus frutas son congeladas de mal sabor nada que recomendar

When I arrived in the lobby, waiting to check in, a man waiting behind me stepped on a cockroach. I was immediately wondering if I had made a mistake. I have lived in Florida my entire life so I let it slide. The room was very clean, and just what we needed for sleep. Great location for Seaworld and Aquatica, our reason for visiting. 2 restaurants close by for convenience. The breakfast was very impressive! They had little egg quiche muffins that were delicious! One thing that was a turnoff, was the separate charge for parking, just include it in the rate.
