I specifically looked for pet friendly hotels to stay at during our drive home. This hotel was listed as pet friendly on both orbitz and trivago. (See photo) When I arrived at the hotel and told the clerk at the front desk that we have a dog, he said the hotel does not accept dogs  And we would not be allowed to stay with the dog .  That prompted me to have to look for another hotel in the area on extremely short notice and at a much higher rate. The clerk at the desk went to another site and showed me where the hotel said no pets  And then I directed him to the two sites that showed that they did except pets.  The fact that they do not have their act together  cost me time and money. Not acceptable.  Still waiting for full refund.
