No lift upto 2nd floor. You have to climb up to 2nd floor & then take a lift. Service very poor. Rooms not good. Not worth the money paid.

Location is good so also food. But no lift service from g/floor, stressful for sr. Citizens. Besides, we had a teribble experience at the time of check-out, when our members were detained at the reception and was alleged of broken stool at dressing table. In fact, the said stool in room no, 312 was never used. It is apparent that the stool was already broken and was not attended to change or repair. It was very unfortunate that they tried to level l the charge on the visitors who were over 65 years' old. However, the manager took a stock of the situation and let us leave the hotel. We never experienced such humiliation.

Not bad, no lift service as we are senior citizens, even we stayed three days no house keeping, no change of towels etc.

First of all when i see a hotel online it shows very net and clean but actually when we checked-in it was in unpleasant condition the bedsheets were and duo covers was not good enough cleaned and the bathroom was in horrible condition then we have to pay more to get another room and the other room was also in same condition and the next day the breakfast was limited which wasn't mentioned on while booking also the food wasn't really good.

After entering the room found out that tv and telephone were not working and then after informing they repaired it in front of us. They should have checked all this before our arrival itself. Hot water facility is not available properly. They say it’s available 5-10 in the morning and 8-9 in the night but it’s hardly available during the mentioned time and also not that hot. Since ooty is a very cool place water should have been very hot and blankets should have been provided without us asking for it. Also, room service is very delayed. They come up after 2-3 calls only and if they don’t have any staff for room service then they don’t answer the calls and if they do answer they just say today no room service as there’s no staff available. The building structure is very confusing. In 6th floor the room number starts with 4 and there’s lift facility only from 2nd floor to the 6th floor. If your room is in 6th floor then you can use the lift to reach till 2nd floor only and after that you need to use the stairs to get to ground floor.
