Hotel not upto the mark. Poor toilet and bath room. No hot water. No toiletry items. Tv not working. Bad smell in bath room

Worst experience, hot water is not provided even asking so many times. Not attending our calls by reception. Basic like toothpaste toothbrush, saving kit are not given. It is not worth to book nahar. Bed sheet is number of holes.

Under renovation property, smelly passages, dirty bathrooms with stains inside commode. We didn’t stay full 2 nights, hotel and mm t refused to give a refund.

The hotel is situated in the city centre and accessible to the railway station and the main market. The stay in the hotel is comfortable. The hotel has two good restaurants North Indian and South Indian. We tried south Indian restaurant and the food was good. The hotel is good one for the family stay

Property is very close to the bus stand. It's right at the city center and every spot is accessible from the hotel place. Rooms were well maintained.

Overall experience is good pros: 1) car parking space is sufficient 2) location is good if you are looking nearby market area 3) rooms were near and clean 4) tv was working fine with sufficient channels subscription. So, kids can enjoy in evening whenever get bored. 5) no water or electricity issues. 6) 2 pure veg restaurants available within the premises. 7) room service is available. Cons: 1) complementary tea/coffee wasn't there 2) only 2 hand soaps per room, shampoo and bath towel per person were available as part of toiletries. No hand towels or tooth cleaning kit. 3) bathrooms were average.

Western claset water continuously flowing not able to stop. After repeated complaint, hotel management could not rectify. Worst experience. Morning water coming in brown colour. Not able to take bath. Though located in prime place they are not able to correct the clauset
